1. Alternative Careers Networking Session
Tuesday, 22 March, 5.30-7.30pm, 32L.LG.04

The 4 speakers coming are:
Ishaan Chilkoti, who studied Engineering but has a plethora of experience in Debt Capital Markets, Merger and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Entrepreneurship;
Nicholas Tan, who studied Law but has a strong passion for international law and affairs. He has a wealth of experience with government agencies, think-tanks, and political risk consultancies and will be taking up an internship with the International Criminal Court next month in the Hague;
Vernon Quek, who studied Commerce, but delved into Intellectual Capital (Knowledge) Management, marketing and pastoral ministry, and;
An intern with FDM Group, who will be sharing about why he entered FDM Group to explore IT/finance and his experience so far. We will also have a more senior member from FDM Group to share about what opportunities they have in their firm.

B. AIBC
Held for the 8th year running, the AIBC is the largest student-run conference in Asia focused on corporate advisory and financial markets. Students who are interested in finance and are keen on pursuing a career in Asia are strongly recommended to attend, and will benefit from insightful panel discussions and networking opportunities. Participating firms include Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and HSBC, amongst many other prestigious financial institutions.
